The hotel was not large and exceptionally clean inside, I liked it. The staff were well-trained and tried to make the stay pleasant. The continental breakfast was complimentary, plenty of options. Good service and a lovely pool onsite.

All good - I loved my stay - food was outstanding and my bed was nice. Staff were knowledgeable, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. Moreover, I could explore civic square as it was very close to the place.
The hotel needed repairs.

The breakfast was consistently good, plus the location was fab. Spotless clean and BRILLIANT hotel in CBD - Lambton Quay district. What's more, it was close enough to restaurants, the beach. Really lovely view of harbour. Smooth check in and late check out.
